How to pay for only one semester

Hey! New student here. I registered for both the upcoming fall and winter semester, and I've been given the total amount to pay for the semesters combined. There's no option to pay for a certain semester, just a prompt to input the amount I want to pay. Should I just whip out my calculator and add up all my charges due September 1st and pay that amount?

How to fix bowed door

This is a common problem I've seen with a lot of doors, where just the top and bottom corners on the latch side bends away from the door stopper. To confirm that the door was warped I removed it from the frame and held thread on either sides of the door latch side, and there was a roughly 2 mm divot at the center of the door. I did the same thing on the side of the door with the hinges, and there was no deviation. I've checked the frame and hinge alignment and the door appears to be installed correctly, so I'm certain the slab itself is warped. I can even see the warp when I open the door and look at it along its edge. This door specifically is a solid core door I got from Home Depot, pre-hung in the frame.

Is this a common issue? I swear almost every door in my house has this sort of bend. I have to install another door but before I do, I'd like to know is there any way I can fix this?

Any help would be really appreciated!

What university electives should I take as a comp eng student planning to go into embedded?

Hey!

As the title suggests, I'm mapping out what classes I'll be taking and I'd like to hear your thoughts on what electives I should prioritize. I'll be able to take 6 or 7 electives depending on credit amount. I've included a photo of my possible electives, and listed my core classes below (I'm not allowed multiple images) so you'll know what topics I'll already be covering.

The classes I've been looking at so far are:

- Embedded Systems Design

- Internet of Things

- Real-Time Computer Control Systems

- Multicore Programming

- Foundations of Cyber-Physical Systems

- Software-Defined Networking

- Software Testing and Validation

- Autonomy for Mobile Robots

- Applied Machine Learning & Evolutionary Alg.

- Electronics

Are there others worth considering? And which ones should I prioritize the most?

My Core Classes:

Basic Circuit Analysis

Digital Systems Design I

Introduction to Discrete Mathematics

Programming Methodology I

Programming Methodology II

Computer Organization and Software

Digital Systems Design II

Digital Electronics

Computer Architecture and Design

Microprocessor‑Based Systems

Introduction to Real‑Time Systems

Applied Machine Learning

Operating Systems

Data Structures and Algorithms

Communication Networks and Protocols

Computer Engineering Product Design Project

Capstone Computer Engineering Design Project

Continuous‑Time Signals and Systems

Discrete‑Time Signals and Systems

Fundamentals of Control Systems

Introductory Engineering Team Design Project

Software Process and Practices

Thank you kindly
