Changing batteries?
Looking for information or suggestions. My daughter has a Shinola watch she likes but for 2nd time in a few years we need a new battery. We were told at the Shinola store we needed to get it changed at a Shinola store or it would void warranty. But we haven’t been able to find a store to actually do it.
The Ann Arbor store was a complete waste of time. We are traveling in Boston and called the store here they said come in 5-10 minutes. An hour drive into the city to be told on person it has to be sent away to Tribeca to and it is 3-5 weeks to get it back.
We’ve been into stores in downtown Detroit and basically regret ever giving the business to the brand because the customer support is so bad. We are local to SE Michigan and I like keeping business local but this feels ridiculous.
Any suggestions of stores that could help or how to reach out to the company with feedback? Last time we found an independent jeweler that was Shinola certified to do it.
