My controller isn't working in the game only the left joystick works for steering.

In the setting it does say keyboard and 8bitdo controller so the game is recognizing the controller but still not working what could be the solution.

I don't really wanna play with keyboard 😭

This is probably a dumb question but i accidentally deleted Life is strange double exposure but i still have the setup for it my question is if i reinstall it will i have my save files or have they already been deleted now.
