I remember reaching out on my first days like it was yesterday, so happy to be here. My anxiety’s finally not a problem anymore. Gotta say this last go around with withdrawals I was dealing with terrible anxiety rebound. Almost took a full two months to get out of a fight or flight loop.

I mean it when I say, I AM NEVER going back. I don’t see pot for what it used to be anymore simply put, it’s nothing but misery now, and you know what I’m ok with that.

I’ve managed to go 80 days no pot or caffeine, and currently 45 days in no booze.

Life really is better sober you just have to be patient
