I was on the WW green plan way long ago and it worked for me. Since then, I tried freestyle and I didn’t like it. I don’t remember having any success with other plans. I’ve lost weight by taking Ozempic. However, I’ve been stuck at the same weight for at least 5-6 months now. I’m in Canada. I take 1 mg of Ozempic. I pay out of pocket and it is too expensive to go up in dosage at this time. I used to like WW for the structure and accountability. I’m wondering how much is the plan like the old green one? Any tips ?
