My hair and skin are absolutely messed up despite using expensive and high quality products that i know does work when im in other areas but specifically in the part of Lahore where i live, the water is super hard and not just good.

I have had a sensitive scalp and because of that i was using dandruff shampoos, it did calmed my scalp down but my hair texture is ruined. Can anyone please recommend good options? anything from local small businesses to any drugstore brands?
I'm mostly eyeing Conatural, The Hair Pantry, HairaffairsbyMS and Hira Ali Beauty. So, if anyone of you guys have had an experience with these shampoos, good or bad both, please let me know id really appreciate it.
just to get my foot in the door, im eyeing these roles to land at a good software company. I'll probably build it up from there and pivot to either cloud or network engineering in 2-3 years.

the job market these days have become so competitive that its getting hard to guess whether you'd be selected after all the interview rounds and months long hiring processes or not. I'm honestly so confused and would really appreciate if someone can tell if there are any tell tale signs that indicate that I'd definitely be hearing back and similarly those that say that i probably won't be. Im really tired of the months long hiring processes and the uncertainty that comes with not knowing the company’s next verdict despite putting in your best efforts.
P.S i just recently interviewed for the final round at a mnc, was actually feeling exhausted in this round and fumbled on words and didn't phrase a few questions right. I did so well in the earlier rounds and don't know if I'd loose the opportunity with this one and disregarded for my previous efforts and time. any help understanding this?
