How to make framerate go higher than 300 fps when untoggling framerate limit?

Playing Digimon story lost evolution, and the auto repair of bug plates is utter misery even with the limit framerate untoggled. 300 fps is still too slow for the misery that is watching lopmon cleaning those and terriermon rating his whackjob. I want at least to reach 600fps is there a way to? Because other than toggling disabling the framerate limit, vsync and audiosync i'm capped to 300fps...

Aspect ratio messed up

So I was playing digimon world 2 and I have no idea of what I did but the game went from cropped at the sides with the black bars to completely stretched compressed and ugly.
I looked up my graphic settings and after being unable to find wtf happened I resetted it to default settings before poking around and the game is still stretched.
Other games got their black borders and correct aspect ratio but Digimon world 2 continues stretched
Help please?
GPU is AMD RX 7600
16gb Ram ddr4
