Returning player, bought my kids the green/white pre made soldier deck and green/red dragon deck. They are loving the game. Want to have my own deck to start building and upgrading.

Never even heard of commander until a few weeks ago. Am I doing this correctly? I love mono white decks, tribal soldiers/clerics/angels and I think something like this would be a good place to start? Kind of a lot after all these years, any help would be appreciated (if I have a glaring issue with the deck or some easy swaps for more angel fun).
