Meditation and DPDR. Should I keep going ?

Hello everyone, I’ve been dealing with DPDR (dépersonnalisation/déréalisation) since last December.

Three days ago, I decided to try meditation again (something that scared me because I was afraid it might worsen the DPDR). Since I started meditating, I feel connected to my emotions again. I’ve been crying and feeling pretty depressed… It’s quite intense.

I don’t feel very good, but at the same time, it’s been such a long time since I truly cried…

Should I keep going, or could this be harmful for me? Is this a good sign? Thank you.
