this happened around 20 minutes ago, i dint know where to go to question this apart from reddit, so dont blae me if im in the wrong subreddit.

it was at like 1AM, i all of a sudden felt the need for fresh air, so i went outside and i was jus standing on my grass in the garden barefoot, i started like opening up my arms like a star and doing breathing exercises and holding my breath, i held for a long while then exhaled all out, and literally said "heal me" while staring at trees and i had like such a sudden feeling of euphoria like it was extreme i felt my whole body tingle and i could feel the whole ground and everything, i dont know why i felt the need to do this but it felt better thsn any substance ive ever done.
