Item 17 days in customs and counting

I ordered some mainstream movies from Denmark but they seem to be stuck in customs in the UK. Total retail value is less than £200.

Is there any way I can follow this up to find out what the issue is? No letter has been received asking for duties to be paid so I'm puzzled as to why its been delayed so long. Previous orders have sailed through.
