


Bulk or Cut?
Have lost 20 pounds since December, debating whether I should cut further to get more muscle visibility or start lean bulking. I imagine I don’t have enough muscle mass to show unless I cut down extremely low.
Overall goal is to look as good as possible over the summer, but progress in workouts has definitely taken a hit from being in a deficit for so long.
