Crazy progress, hips are quick still

Focus of the session was freeing up space for my hands, impact, rotation. Really starting to get a natural feel to my swing. All that being said, i think it’s time to focus on syncing my hips with my upper body/hands. Any tips/drills yall know of to not fire my hips early?

Head movement and shallowing

Constantly hitting it off the toe, I assume a big reason is because my head always falls back away from the ball at impact, no idea how or why I do that, and no idea how to fix it.

Shallowing the club feels so unnatural to me, I would love some tips to find a good rhythm so I’m not constantly forcing a shallow, I’ve tried letting my hands drop, brushing my lead arm down my chest etc.

I know I cast a bit as well, anything else you see wrong with my swing let me know and I’d love some tips and drills.
Thanks!

To start, shoutout to the fellas who gave me the tips on my spine angle. I was really focused on it today and I could feel myself not pulling up or back *nearly as much*. Still have work to do, but what I found weird was despite the swing plane being awful I was still hitting nice baby draws. I’m not gonna put too much thought into my swing plane if I’m hitting it pure and drawing the ball, but I wanted to put it here for reference. I see a slight improvement in my body movement which is what I’m really after at this point. The 3rd clip is not the same shot, just throwing it in there because the face view is helpful. Let me know what you guys think/ what focus points I should be hitting while trying to fix this EE and keep my spine angle, you guys are gems!!

Sorry I’m posting so much. I typically only post a decent shot, but I want to know what you guys see as far as inconsistency in these 2 swings. I cannot stand hitting my long irons fat as it takes off tons of yardage, and kills my round. Any thoughts?

I’ve been working a lot on a proper club path, and not spinning my shoulders out. I feel like I’m getting pretty close to a decent swing. But I cannot, for the life of me, slow down my hips. Any advice all around would be great!
