Hi gang, just starting an event already messed over by this machine!

My team is in an office with free public wifi (we can't control & have no authority over) and we have a new C325, normal process is to walk over and plug in the USB cable and print.

The XEROX app, or installer will not find the printer as it's not on network (again, can't add & can't control) and we're currently running off a default MS driver. We have about 1% of the printers functions this way.

What is the best way forward to get all the team able to use this printer & all the functions? That seems to be very little online about operating this printer over USB.
