Still waiting for the money to hit my account but at least it’s coming!
EDIT: my situation; I had tickets for a show that got rescheduled, the original tickets were being honored for the new show. Day of the show, I get an email from StubHub saying I need to provide updated tickets, I was getting ready to send them and 9 minutes later my order was cancelled due to “incorrect tickets” and that “I did not provide new tickets within the required timeframe”
I called and asked what the timeframe was 3 separate times and each representative gave me wildly different answers. I printed out each answer and used that in my statement of facts. The first person I spoke to said my time frame to submit the tickets was 10 hours from the email. The other told me 10 minutes. One person said 3AM the next day.
my recommendation to anyone is get a representative on the phone and have them email you what they spoke about. The fact that everyone I spoke to gave me a different answer I think helped my case.
