Growing up we always had American bulldogs, they were fantastic and great dogs. When it was time to get a dog of our own for my family we wanted something different. Took our time and found Sprinkle. She has been an absolute joy. We adopted her just before she turned 1, so mature, sweet, well behaved, gentle and loving with our kids. It’s been nearly 2 years since we got her and she has completed our family.
Been fishing the c/o canal a lot the last 2 weeks. Gets hit or miss, sometimes I get 4-5 sometimes just 1 on the last cast. Got 3 dinks right next to the lock I was at and the bite cooled off for awhile. Made my way south further than I’ve been to where it opened up wide, was too wide to cast to the other side. Saw a single branch on my side of the bank and said fuck I’ll throw my wacky worm in over here. Popped it and there was a big dunk, thought I popped it over the branch. Went to pop it again and the fight was on. Came out to be 4lbs 4oz and a new pb
Went to the 🍯 🕳️ at lunch pulled out this 3lber. Spot always has some nice fish
Got this guy on my lunch break, came in at 3lbs 14oz. This is 2 days after getting one that was 4lb 2oz just down the bank
Got my new set up today, a 6’6” medium ugly stik elite w/a 3000 shimano vanford. Took the kiddos to the park after spooling it and still had some daylight out so went of just to catch a dink to get one on the new combo. 3rd or 4th cast of a watermelon w/red flake senko right under this log I pull out my pb. Ended up being 4lb 2oz
Spending some time with my in laws up in Michigan. Scored a whole bunch of 2lbers, got one that was over 3.5 (didn’t have a scale at the time but was bigger than this). Wife finally got interested enough to actually go fishing. Gave her a 5 min rundown on how to cast and fish a wacky worm and this is who she gets!
Nice neighborhood where I live has some decent small lakes. Got two repeat offenders this morning at the first then landed a new guy a little bigger (2nd pic) then walked about 5 mins a yoinked this guy! Prob a pb
