Context: I might be moving to a place where there aren’t as many gyms that the silver plan offers which is what I signed up for and wanted to know if I could downgrade to bronze if I move. Thank you!

I’m a single 23 year old trying to get off Medicaid because I got a job making over the threshold and they’re making it so hard for me. Every time I contact them they keep saying things like oh your mom has to call (she’s not on Medicaid) or they’ll say oh they’re already aware.

Then I called again today and they said if you don’t notify them within 10 days you’ll get in trouble, but wouldn’t tell me who to notify? Then I called back and they said oh you notify us, just call back and connect with us saying you want to cancel. I’m so frustrated and confused and I’m already past the 10 day mark.

If anyone knows the process please let me know!
