Really Toyota/Lexus?

This is the 2nd one. I'll never get rid of this car, money isn't an issue either. I know what I bought, but if you're somebody that thinks this brand is all that in terms of reliability, maybe for corollas, camrys, ES, older LS, whatever. Not the LS460 lol. I'd like to call having this car a "committed relationship".

Amazon/fc

No standards, no protocols, no procedures for almost everything in this place. Seems like we're required to follow procedures only when it's convenient for management.
