Context: The house was built in 1916, there has definitely been remodels through out that time. The floor has already been removed professionally it was old 9x9 tile. It was originally thought that the tongue and groove went all the way up with plaster. However about half way up it is sheetrock. I’m curious to know if it would be best to call them back out or can I pull it out.
