I bought something through Amazon, was really excited when I saw that Fed Ex had an earlier than anticipated delivery date.

The package is supposed to get delivered to Florida but it has been sitting here for almost 2 weeks with no delivery date or scans since arriving at the sorting facility.

I contacted customer service and they said that they cannot find my package.

At the time of this post, it's May 18th... Package was supposed to arrive on May 7th with Fed Ex 2 day Express.

They didn't tell me explicitly that my package is lost, just that they couldn't find it.

What to do?

The customer service that I've been getting from fed ex has been absolutely atrocious.
