My accord locks up almost everytime I try to turn it on. I have to wiggle the steering wheel left and right while pushing the start button multiple times to get it to turn back on. Today I tested it to see if it was caused by me accidentally moving the wheel while it was off. I turned off my car and made sure it didn’t move then tried turning it back on and it was locked regardless. What can be the cause?
