Union Jack if all countries were represented
The St. Andrew's flag colour is corrected to the lighter shade of blue used in the Scottish flag.
The St. David's cross flag added to flag to represent Wales.
The red St. Andrews' Cross ("St. Patrick's Saltire") is a British invention and was never used by the Irish. The cross associated with (and used by) St. Patrick is the Celtic Cross, which has been added.
