I’ve been at Domino’s for about 8 months now and I’m done. I’m so sick of getting screamed at daily and having to do everything by myself because no managers or insiders will help me. Have any of you worked in a store like this?
Looks like a great deal (even if there’s a purchase minimum), but this is definitely going to be Hell on Earth for the employees if this is something they’re offering to others
Any card I try to use on the app on my account will not process the payment. Is it possible my number/account could be banned for some reason? It allows me to only order if I choose cash this has been happening for months. Never had an issue or dispute with Dominos before.
I used 20 rewards points on a 20oz drink, the delivery driver showed up without it and said the store didn't have my requested drink. I called the store and was told they have no way of confirming if I received a drink or not. I submitted a support ticket to get my 20 rewards points back 1 month ago and never got a response nor my 20 points.

Hello fellow customers and friends. Love feeding you all. We have a new product intertwined with this deal. Please be a little more patient :) . We as your humble pizza makers are so tired haha, sometimes the person you’re yelling at at 8pm has been making pies non stop since 10am, we wake up hurting bad and do it again, some of us don’t eat cuz no time, give us a little grace we want to help with these promos cuz everything is so expensive now it’s not fair to anyone. My store goes from zero to all of yall are suddenly hungry then 90 down, give us a little grace and sorry because that influx can throw the tracker off quick. We want to do our best and stand by yall. Hope you all had some good pies so far? Anyone have a cool combo?
I hope I am in the right subreddit for this. My specific store requires us employees to wear something that shows we work at dominos so I figured I’d go all in. Any suggestions or feedback would be lovely. I got both designs approved by my manager
I’m a relatively new driver, I’ve never worked a delivery job before so I thought it’d get some clarification here about my question.
I work 4 10 hours shifts a week and sometimes I close, sometimes I work till midnight. If an order comes in before midnight ex. 11:55pm but it isn’t ready until after midnight ex. 12:03am would I have to take it if it’s my turn?
For some reason I find when I work till midnight I’m expected to take an order if it comes in before I leave and it’s my turn which I’m totally fine with, but whenever it’s my turn to close whoever is with me until midnight doesn’t have to take the order when its their turn because “it’s midnight it’s time for them to leave”. I’m just so confused if it’s my turn and the orders ready after midnight do I take it or no?
I’m just asking since me having to take an order that comes in after closing sets me back 20 minutes at least and honestly I find it a little unfair but I’d just really love some clarification. I’m curious how it works at your store.
I spent over 50$ for one Philly cheesesteak pizza and large wings. Why?
This isn't a complaint, just a question. I ordered a Domino last week and selected No Cheese. When I picked it up there seemed to be cheese on it. Not a lot of cheese, but I'm fairly certain there was some cheese on it. If you select No Cheese on the app, do they still put some kind of base cheese on it to make it a Domino or should there be no cheese at all?
Edit: Thank you for your quick responses! Apparently there is provolone on the crust and mozzarella on top and No Cheese only removes the mozzarella. I can deal with baked on cheese like Subway Italian Herb and Cheese bread, just not cold or gooey pizza cheese. So I'll definitely order one again, it was really tasty!
Starting off the month great!!!!
I recently placed an order for domino's through foodpanda on the 27 Sept on 7.30, but the food never arrived. the status remained "still delivering" for over three hours, and my multiple (3times to be exact) attempts to call the store went unanswered.
The following morning at 7:00 pm, the app was updated to show the order as delivered, but no proof of delivery was provided. When i called domino's again, they claimed the order was delivered the previous day and that they had proof, but by rights they should have sent it to me.
I contacted both Foodpanda and dominos but there customer service just keep pushing the accountability to each other. I am damn annoyed, does anyone know what to do for this situation?
