Hi, I've been wanting to try pilates but I'm really clumsy and a total beginner. There's a newly opened studio near me - Espace Wellness Hub and I'm eyeing their promo package.

Any tips for someone who has zero knowledge?

What clothes to wear, what I should be ready with before a class etc.
