Started my new role last month sa cinoconsider kong ‘dream company ko’. FMCG industry btw.

Sobrang chaotic. Ang liit ng office. Ang ingay. Andaming naglalakad. Andumi. Kulang-kulang mga ‘must needed’ ng employees even sa restrooms. Mabagal at sirang elevator. Lumang building. Thinkpad laptop. Sobrang traditional.

Am I dissapointed? Yes.
Am I regretting it now? Medyo?

For context, I came from e-com where everything is somehow “modern” na. Baka naculture shock lang ako?

This is not what I expected tho…People wise, sobrang workaholic. Parang wala silang life and fun outside work.

Sahod wise, much higher from my prev.

Baka adjusting lang kasi ako? Pero huhu super naninibago talaga ako.
