hey, i posted on here yesterday regarding something that had happened with a patient. today i was scheduled on that same client and explained to my site scheduler that i was not confident in my ability to provide this kid adequate care. she told me she couldn’t move me, but i explained that i really was uncomfortable with it and thought it might be a bad idea. she told me again that she couldn’t move me. is that even allowed? i just wanted to do the right thing.
subbed on a client today that i had previously subbed on. they were easy peasy the last time i had them. morning RBT said everything was going okay besides a few minor issues. so imagine my surprise when i block them from putting their hands in the toilet and they bite THROUGH the skin TWICE. i waited an hour for someone to become available before crying and having to take a break 🙁 i went and got a tetanus shot after. i’m just feeling like the WORST rbt. everyone seemed really surprised to hear that happened and im wondering what i was doing wrong. i’m also planning on requesting to not be on them tomorrow, which is making me feel a little guilty as an rbt for almost 2 years.
hi everyone! i’m on week 4 and am finally starting to see the scale move. i’m at 1.5 currently. i’ve really felt fine for the most part, except for the mornings. i’m always very very nauseous in the morning right when i wake up. has anyone else experienced this or have any tips?
