I'm Rett, a colour grader and fan editor, but before all that, I'm a Hip Hop head.
The other day I came across this video on a YouTube adventure, and wanted to pay tribute in my own way.
The unity was always so very powerful to me....the blue and the red together as one. So I used my skills as an editor, and did what i do!
I think/hope Nip would approve.

EDIT: For those that are interested in the 2160p 23.976fps version, it will be in my shared folder as well. I can completely understand and respect that some viewers prefer that version, to avoid the "soap opera effect". I hope you enjoy!
I spent so many hours making this edit, only to have people tripping over an AI generated poster, so!

The film has been completely regraded into black and white, with one major creative addition: every flashback of Eric and Shelly's life together remains in full color. The goal was to make Eric's memories feel like the only warmth left in a world that's lost everything.
