Electric bill as high as rent.

Hello!

Asking if justifiable ba yung rate sa amin na ₱17/kwH?

We consume around 350kwH per month (Inverter aircon, inverter AWM, inverter microwave, and inverter fridge). Studio. We also have 2 PCs but usually isa lang yung gumagana.

My apartment is around 25sqm in a gated subdivision, and we pay about ₱6000 per month. metro manila.

All is well naman kasi malinis yung apartment, maluwag, and it accommodates our needs. However, yung pader heats up during the afternoon kasi direct sunlight s’ya. No choice but mag ac.

I find it too excessive kasi sa fixed bill budget namin (internet, rent, water, elec, gas), 40% nun is elec.

What do you think? I try to gaslight myself into thinking it can match a ₱7k rent tapos around ₱4500 yung elec namin, pero ‘di pa rin talaga 🥹
