Please help: Switched to once a week

Hi friends. I was on 600 mg troches twice weekly with Anywhere Clinic, Arizona, until one month ago. My doctor has been firm with really only wanting me to dose once a week. I kept asking him to prolong twice a week but my extension ended. I’m going thru the most horrible, heinous divorce where my spouse admitted to consuming child porn and I’ve had to take emergency full custody of our son, put the house up for sale, and I’m sickeningly depressed. Everyday I have SI. Does anybody work with an at home clinic who is supportive of twice weekly dosing? I’m concerned I may be viewed as Doctor Shopping like drug addicts do. But I just want to live. I want to not hate being alive again.

I’ve been on psychiatric medications for 3 decades. Therapeutic Ketamine is by far the most effective substance I’ve encountered.

During the first week of April, I easily and effortlessly titrated off my Pristiq medication, which is known to have awful withdrawals. Then earlier this week, I’d noticed that I accidentally didn’t stock my daily pill holders with my current medication (Prozac and Wellbutrin). I’d been unmedicated (well except for whatever residual levels remained in my blood) for 5 days. And I was doing/feeling so good.

Even more miraculous is April 15th happened to be the Worst Day of My Life in regard to circumstance. In the matter of one hour, I realized I would have to divorce, sell my home, and become a single parent. So I’ve been able to navigate this crisis period AND accidentally not be medicated!!!

Still on the fence about trying this therapy? I encourage you to talk to a doctor and give it a try if it’s recommended by a medical professional.

Peace, joy, love & light to you all…

During the first week of April, I easily and effortlessly titrated (at the direction of my doctor) off my Pristiq medication, which is known to have awful withdrawals. Then earlier this week, I’d noticed that I accidentally didn’t stock my daily pill holders with my current medication (Prozac and Wellbutrin). As soon as I realized that I immediately went back on my meds and shot my doc a note on our patient portal. But my point is I’d been unmedicated (well except for whatever residual levels remained in my blood) for 5 days. And I was doing/feeling so good. This is my honest experience and am only sharing; don’t recommend stopping your meds abruptly.
