I suffered with depression for years and never took care of my teeth. Last few months I've been really trying to take care of them. Last night I noticed my front lower incisor is loose and has a little bit of movement. I contacted my dentist but I can't get seen till next week.
Is there anything I can do to help protect it and stop it getting worse until I get my appointment? I do vape, and smoke weed. I brush my teeth 3 times a day (when I wake up, before I leave for work, and when I go to bed).
