I have a moisture meter showing all buds under 10% after 10 days, but the buds don’t seem that dry. Should I just trust the meter?

I recently got altafuse and infused mct oil, but it’s not strong enough. Can I infuse it with another ounce or is that just a waste of weed?

So my plants have been drying for almost 4 weeks with no snap yet. They look good no mold. They are drying in a shed outside, so lots of temp changes and humidity I can’t control. At this point in just impatient lol. There is a fan in the shed but not blowing on the weed, can I just point it at the bud to speed this up?
