Hi everyone, I learned to ski last season, and I'm looking to buy my first real pair of skis after renting last season. I skied around 15 days last season on rental blizzard XCR 160cm. I mostly ski on blue and some green trails in the Poconos (Camelback, Blue Mountain, etc). I typically ski about 18mph on average, and occasionally push around 30-32mph. I took a few lessons last season, and am learning to carve. I try to carve as much as possible, but still find myself skidding somewhat often.

Rossignol Experience 80 / 82 Carbon (170cm)

Any advice would be much appreciated!
