Neo is so sleepy

So rn i’m a little worried because the spot is much more noticeable than before, i took him to the vet but he said Neo was apparently fine. I don’t have any other vet near that specializes on rodents so, pls reddit, help me out :(. Should i be worried? is it just an accident or is a serious condition? I don’t notice that he scratches the zone too much, and he’s eating and drinking as always

I know is better to take mice to the vet if you can’t certainly know if it’s something minor or not, but the only exotic vet that i know, doesn’t quite understand rodents and is a problem for me, so please, make just an exception this only time. I just want to know what are those red spots and if i should be worried
