I upgraded my binoculars to have nightvision but I can't seem to actually get it to work. When I equip the binoculars, they work like normal, but when I hit the nightvision key nothing happens. Everything I read online suggested that this is how to turn them on, and I can't figure anything else out. what is the issue here? why don't they work?
I have a broken quest that is impossible to complete. I know I'm using the correct scanner (I have 2 in my inventory and I've tried with both, then tried dropping both, when one moved the quest marker to where I'd dropped it I knew that was the correct one), and stood for as long as possible in the place marked with the meter on the scanner full but the bar that's supposed to appear onscreen telling me it's progressing never appears. I turned on godmode and left my character standing there for 10 minutes, never completed. I have no idea who gave me the task and I don't want to see it on my list anymore. how do I force it to complete? it's in garbage, at the witch something or other anomaly.
