questions about instagram’s new “instant” feature

so i have some followers that i hide from my story and i post on my story so only the people i have unhidden can see it (like a close friends story without the like label basically). would that cross over to the instants? or do the instants post for everyone no matter what? basically i’m asking is there anyway to hide people from your instants? cause i haven’t seen any clarification by instagram yet or like in settings yet. ty!
