Im interested in both the new Zodias and new Levante when they fully release. I know a few models are out for both lines. Does anyone have any experience with either or possibly both? I'd like to hear your thoughts so far. I'm specifically interested in BFS models but please share your experience with any model.
I have a curado bfs on a zodias rod light action. The zodias rated for 3.5-10g so upper bfs. I can't stand the curado. It feels great in hand but the retrieve is too unrefined for my taste. I've been eyeing some CDM reels and would like to know if any of them can fix this problem for me. However, If you have other recommendations, please share, I just like the value proposition of the Chinese reels. $200 budget but would like to spend even less.
Edit: I know the Alderbaran exists but I don't want to spend $280 on a reel. Around $150 is best $200 is the absolute most.
