| fell for this one girl and she's so extremely self critical and insecure,

She genuinely attacks everything about herself, Even the tiniest details, and no matter what I say to reassure her she feels even worse.

She has avoidant attachment style , I’m not trying to fix her because I know I can’t, but it hurts.

She even said she feels insecure to be with someone smaller and younger than her

(I am smaller and younger than her)

What is the correct way to deal with someone this insecure?

Has any of you experienced something similar ?
