I need advice on pricing.

SolarEdge Home Hub Inverter Model SE7600H-US

Installed for less than 18 months. Two identical units available. I have dropped the price all the way down to $299 each. Is that an unfair price? Is this model less desired for some reason? I'm trying to sell these for a local church. Nothing in the deal for me, but want to be sure the church is getting a decent value. Advertising on Facebook marketplace and I'm not getting any interest. Thanks.

Do most landowner deeds in Maine include the rights to subsurface minerals? I don't want anyone telling me they have the right to mine lithium under my land, and making a mess of things.

I'm no expert, but I think that in western states it is common practice that, although you own the land, other corporate interests own the rights to mine the minerals that lie below the surface.
