Description: Hi everyone! I just published the very first demo for my game, Income Tax Officer. It’s a short, minimalist puzzle game where you act as a forensic accountant.
The Gameplay: > You have to cross-reference a Tax Return document with a Bank Statement, find the hidden discrepancy, and use your mouse to highlight the fraud in red ink before submitting your audit.
Since this is my first demo, I am really looking for brutal, honest feedback on the core loop before I start building Level 2:
- Does the Left-Click/Right-Click red pen mechanic feel intuitive and satisfying?
- Was the discrepancy too easy to find, or did it make you think?
- Did you understand the instructions on the sticky note right away?
