As a hater, I gave RDR 2 a second shot...
To clarify, I have played the game in online and story mode for about 12 hours total, I was 15-16 at the time and it really didn't click with me, insanely slow, physics were just too realistic, online was boring, constant fps drops because I was playing it through cloud (it was the only way I could play with my crush atm LOL)... I'm 20 now, stuff happened, I grew up a bit, built my own setup, bought it again after everyone flamed me for calling it overrated, I reached chapter 3 tonight, playing with the window open, the ultra graphics 60 fps, no voices around, just me, my horse and the gang... It's near perfection. It took me some time to see it, but Charles shares the same voice actor as Yone from League of Legends, who's one of my favorites in the game, that's a cool fact. I know some of the stuff that happens in the story, which I'm excited about, but even without THOSE KEY MOMENTS, random missions at the beginning are just filling my heart with joy, showing you both sides of the same coin (Arthur), it's phenomenal. Will it becomes my favorite game of all time? Probably not, is the fanbase still annoying? Some of the fans are, but some of them are cool. I just wanted to leave this here, this game looks like it's gonna be a really fun ride from now on.
