NSFW Passed random object through vagina

I am seeing doctors and have an ultrasound booked, but I’m so worried and unsure I’m hoping to get some insight of what it could be while I wait.

I’m 31. Since January I’ve had late periods, with extremely painful cramping, spotting between cycles, longer periods.
I’ve always had consistent, 3 day painless periods.

This cycle, I had spotting when I was expecting my period, followed by 2 days of brown smelly discharge then finally my period came Saturday. Day 1 was extremely painful cramps, overall pain couldn’t drive because bumps were so painful.

Sunday morning I passed this object during my morning pee.

Went to the hospital to get cleared of any infection, took a urine sample with a negative pregnancy test. My partner had a vasectomy and I have not been pregnant since January of 2025 where I had an abortion d&c. I’ve birthed 2 children prior, one vaginal and one C section. Never had any health issues whatsoever besides regular pregnancy symptoms like low iron and previa.

Does anyone have any answers? What could this be? It was solid.

And whatever you think it was, how do you think having this in my uterus was affecting me hormonally? Is this a significant sized object in comparison to the size of my uterus? I’m 5’3 and weigh 165.

Thanks so much in advanced.

So since 2026 January my period has been late, extremely painful and very wonky. Spotting between periods and extra long periods.

Fast forward to Saturday, late period started, extreme pain and couldn’t get out of bed or be around bright lights. Day 2 I passed an object and I am dying to know what it is. I have apts books for ultrasound, gyno etc all the stuff, but I probably won’t have answers for weeks.

Has this happened to anyone? Any clue what it is or could be? It’s a solid object, NOT jelly like clot. It’s purple, almost looks like a tiny placenta? But solid. The size of the top half of my thumb.

Can’t partner had a vasectomy so I have not been pregnant since 2025 January.

Anything helps TIA 💖
