Hello! I'm trying to add an automated shortcut to my mac that makes it so that whenever I press a shortcut it will turn on Do Not Disturb, and send an automatic message to anyone who messages me. I would try to code it myself, but I don't really know where to start lol. If someone could help me out, I'd love to have this shortcut on my desktop.

I'm trying to make a shortcut to find the amount of time i have before my next period ends, but for some reason, it just gives me 5 negative numbers.
