I’ve been w tjx for about a year and was barley trained at front end bc ppl suck at my store & I got major anxiety being up front and just got a few questions

1. Returns over 30days is merchandise credit? If under 30 days it’s gift card right ?
2. Returns within 30 days w no receipts is that also a gift card or merchandise card? And what happen if it’s not within 30 days 3.Online returns how does that work?

Anything else I need to know pls lmk it’ll help me
