Unsure if I’m doing something wrong?

My baby turns 10 months old in a few days. He loves solids and water and does great eating and drinking. As he’s gotten older, he mainly wants to nurse first thing in the morning and then a tiny bit in daytime, then right before bed. He seems to just want less milk than he did before (which I thought was normal for his age), but everything I’m reading says milk should still be the primary nutritional source and they still need the same volume they did before. I’m having the hormonal feelings/symptoms of beginning to wean since I’ve had to drop at least one feed. He just is totally disinterested around noon each day nowadays. Right now, he nurses in the morning, then he stays with my parents while I work. So I pump once mid morning, go visit him to nurse around noon, pump once mid afternoon. Then when I pick him up I sometimes can get him to nurse before dinner and other times only right before bed. My mom said he doesn’t finish his pumped milk bottles all the time either. Am I doing something wrong? Or is it normal for him to want milk less frequently at this age and onward? At this point I’m not confident he will even be interested in continuing to nurse through age 2, which was my goal. I know it’s up to him but I also don’t want him deprived of essential nutrients.
