Progressive overload on TRT in 20's

So I understand that being on trt can increase tendon injuries due to the tendons not being able strengthen/adapt to increasing weight as fast as the muscles can. But if you are in your 20's I assume you could you get away with more frequent progressive overload intervals compared to being in your 30's(and so on) since in your 20s, cell proliferation and collagen synthesis repair microtears faster.

So my question is how much could you progressively overload in your 20's to prevent injuries ? And also are there any additional supps/vitamins that could help with that apart from magnesiums &/or fish oils.

thanks for any comments in advance!

Quest Diagnostics - Total Testosterone Test

Hey guys! Im new to all this testosterone stuff and I decided to get my test levels checked with Quest , but i'm only seeing my TOTAL testosterone levels. Im aware that ones FREE test is the more important number we should look at but I don't see it in my results. I was under the impression that the free testosterone level was to be included but maybe i'm wrong.

or maybe quest isn't the best for these things lol.

Does anyone have experience with this ? Thanks in advance !
