How to deal with an entitled sister

I (F18) have an older sister (21) who is really entitled and a spoiled brat. She’s unemployed and still in fourth year of college. She orders a lot of things online, mostly branded clothes, sometimes without having the money for them which results in my mum paying for her stuff. Recently, my mum lost ₱18,000 (equivalent to around 300$) which is a lot of money in our country. The worst part is that the money wasn’t even my mum’s, it was my uncle’s who had been asking my mum to keep it in our house for loans (my sister did not know this, and probably thought it was mum’s.) My mum also has been losing money even way before this event, because my sister also takes money from her Gcash (equivalent to Paypal)

Whenever she doesn’t get what she want, she starts complaining and says things to my mum that they weren’t ready for children, that she would want to just starve to death, that she would treat them the same way when she gets older, etc. For the record, my mum is a housewife while my dad is the only one providing money for us. I have a good relationship with her ever since we are young, but now it’s kind of hard to maintain that especially with the way she is acting.

I’m not sure if she’s influenced by her friends, and her supposedly boyfriend that our dad has no knowledge about (he‘d kick her out if he knew), but I’m pretty sure she bought her bf a pair of shoes just a few months before.

Sorry for the long thread and bad english. Hoping to get some advice
