One bike to do it all or two specific bikes?

Hi,

So basically, I ride a 2012 Speed triple, it's very fun and raw but lacks space for bigger tours and no chance my other half would go pillion.

So, the question is - Do I sell the Speedy and get a jack off all trades? IE Tracer 900 GT (2018) or S1000XR (2015-2018) (£7K approx)

OR

Keep the Speed Triple and get a cheaper second bike for less sporty rides like an older GS1200 or the RT1200 or a Versys 1000 (Around 4k for higher mileage), essentially something capable of being comfortable for my pillion and very capable luggage wise...

Any other bikes I should take a look at?

P.S The pillion side of the riding will maybe be 10-15%. So sportiness is quite important as I mainly ride solo.

Cheers
