Vomero+ vs 1080v15 vs Superblast 2
Looking for a new easy run/long run shoe to replace NB 1080v14.
My current shoe rotation includes 1080v14 (long/easy) around 300 miles and Hoka Mach 5 (tempo/interval) around 100 miles. I enjoyed the 1080v14 for a while, but it's too soft and no energy return now for long runs. I'll still use the 1080v14 a little bit for recovery runs, but I need something for long runs that will eventually take over for easy runs. I'm hoping for something durable and comfortable for easy runs but can pick up the pace a little bit for the occasional progressive long runs. More energy return than the 1080v14 but still comfortable. The shoes I'm most considering are the Vomero Plus, 1080v15, and Superblast 2.
I weigh 180 pounds, my paces are 7:30 min/mi for tempo and 8:30 min/mi for long runs. Long runs currently hover around 10-15 miles.
