What happened is yesterday my dad had a mental crisis outside, and everybody saw him, including my ex. I’m so ashamed that my ex the one who did me wrong and never even apologized saw my dad in that state. Since we broke up, I tried to make it look like I was doing great and living a good life, but he saw the truth: how miserable things really are for me right now. It’s not fair. He hurt me, yet somehow I’m the one ending up embarrassed and exposed. The worst part is that all of his friends saw it too.
