Pivot/transition to a new line of business

So I’ve been working for an insurance company (afraid to say who in case someone from my area sees this) around 3 years as an injury claims adjuster. I am burnt out! Every day I wake up I hate going to work, and I work from home. I have never loathed a job so much in my life. I’m getting 5-6 new claims a day, I’m behind on most of my work because it takes time to handle a claim but then there’s phones and then your manager is sending you additional stuff to do all the while more claims are piling up. Close 5 to get 6. (Sorry for the rant, I just figured you guys would understand, my family and friends always respond with “be grateful, which I am but they don’t comprehend the stress and burnout it’s causing). I am wanting to move into siu, underwriting, compliance, quality assurance or prior authorization specialist. Has anyone successfully pivoted away from claims? If so, please tell me how. I know this job market sucks, I’ve been applying to jobs for almost 2 years and I haven’t even gotten an interview.
